Responsibilities
- Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
- Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Prioritize and manage hiring across multiple locations, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Utah, Arizona, and New York
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
Requirements
- Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
- Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams) is a plus
