Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Unto Labs’ marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging to reach both technical and mainstream audiences
- Design and execute campaigns for product launches, ecosystem milestones, developer events, and community initiatives
- Build scalable content and communication systems across web, social, and advertising channels
- Translate complex technical concepts—consensus protocols, cryptography, distributed systems—into clear and compelling storytelling
- Guide and produce collateral including website copy, pitch decks, press releases, blog posts, and multimedia
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to capture and convey Unto Labs' unique value
- Drive GTM initiatives including partnerships, event presence, and outreach
- Measure and analyze marketing efforts to optimize reach and effectiveness
Qualifications
- 4+ years in GTM, brand marketing, or communications roles, preferably with technical or startup organizations
- Proven ability to shape messaging for highly technical products and communicate to broad audiences
- Experience building out marketing campaigns and brand strategy from early stage
- Skilled at distilling complex topics into approachable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with video production, design, or multimedia storytelling
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or distributed systems
- Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, or product marketing
