About the role
The Head of Growth will own the experiment engine for a product with real traction and real customers. They will be responsible for activation, retention, referrals, and channel expansion, working closely with the CEO, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Own growth experiments from hypothesis to result to scale
- Activation and onboarding for new customers
- Retention and expansion within existing accounts
- Referral programs and organic growth loops
- Channel testing across SEO, partnerships, and community
- Growth analytics, dashboards, and attribution
- Tooling and automation that removes friction from the funnel
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in growth, product growth, or sales
- Experience owning experiments end to end and shipping results
- Strong with data, comfortable in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Early stage startup experience preferred
- Builder mindset, ready to start working without perfect resources
- Clear communicator who can turn findings into action fast
