GTM Engineering Lead
The Role
We're building AI-powered GTM systems from scratch. You'll lead the design and execution of agents, automations, and workflows to help Lovable win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale. You'll own our agent orchestration strategy, data pipelines, and PLG motion in enterprise end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Own PLG strategy and execution for enterprise: design the full motion from activation to expansion, and build systems that run without manual intervention.
- Build and scale the agent layer powering our GTM: from outreach personalization to deal routing.
- Own the data infrastructure: product signals, enrichment pipelines, CRM sync.
- Ship rapidly: prototype GTM experiments across channels, workflows, and data-driven tactics.
- Build in Lovable: design agents and apps directly in the product.
About Our Process
You can expect a mix of one-on-one conversations, a hands-on building assignment, and a multi-person panel presentation. A successful candidate will show previously built systems and agents, and demonstrate forward-thinking as to how past work applies to Lovable's ecosystem and GTM motion.
