About the Role

We are looking for future managers to join our growing team at East TN Pizza, LLC (Domino's). If you have a natural ability to lead and ensure tasks are completed, this is your opportunity to step up as an Assistant Manager—the second in command of a million-dollar business. This full-time, hourly position offers overtime and the chance to grow into a leadership role.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. No prior management or pizza-making experience is required—we’ll train you. You may occasionally be asked to assist at nearby locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including people, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team by leading by example.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Work 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
• Maintain accountability for everything that happens in your store.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience managing people.

Schedule

Full-time, hourly position with overtime available. Requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
