Responsibilities

You will oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. You will be accountable for everything that happens within your store and will lead by example. You will ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.

Requirements

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino's or prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location

Qualifications and Skills

In addition to the requirements, you should have judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to adapt to changing situations.
