About the role

We are looking for future managers—Assistant Managers—to be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow into the top boss. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and you’ll be accountable for everything that happens within your location. The role requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

No prior management or pizza-making experience is necessary; we’ll teach you how to lead and craft awesome pizzas. You may occasionally be asked to help at nearby locations.

• Lead by example—your team will follow every example you set
• Follow and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Maintain accountability for store operations, sales, and profitability

Requirements

• Great positive attitude and high energy
• Prior experience in Domino’s OR prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background check
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location
