About the role
We are looking for future managers to join our growing team. If you have a natural ability to lead and organize, this is your chance to step up as an Assistant Manager—the second in command of a million-dollar business. This full-time, hourly position offers overtime and the opportunity to grow into a store manager role.
You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. No prior management or pizza-making experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You may occasionally be asked to assist at nearby locations.
This role requires a commitment of 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You’ll be accountable for maintaining safety, training, and culture while leading by example and ensuring full compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including people management, sales, and profitability
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example and hold your crew accountable to policies and procedures
- Maintain a high-energy, positive work environment
- Assist at other nearby locations as needed
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must reside near the store location
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Pass a background check
- High energy and a great positive attitude
