About the role

We are looking for future managers to join our team as Assistant Managers—the second in command of a million-dollar business. This is your chance to grow into a leadership role and eventually become the boss. The position is full-time, hourly, with overtime available. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.

You may be asked to help at other nearby locations and will work 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and lead by example, as your team will follow your actions.

No prior management or pizza-making experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including people, sales, and profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example and uphold all policies and procedures
• Manage day-to-day tasks and multitask effectively
• Work 5+ days per week, including most weekends
• Assist at other nearby locations as needed

Requirements

• Great positive attitude and high energy
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must pass a background check
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location

Pay
