Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or technical marketing roles, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
  • Proven experience managing full-funnel digital acquisition, including SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), including lead scoring, lifecycle management, workflows, and attribution tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and emerging AI-driven search (AIO/GEO), including how content is structured for discoverability and citation
  • Experience leading website strategy and CRO initiatives, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey mapping
  • Familiarity with web technologies and infrastructure, including CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred) and collaboration with development teams
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors, with the ability to hold partners accountable to performance goals
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external partners
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement
