Growth Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support company growth objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content including project highlights, customer success stories, newsletters, blogs, videos, photography, and case studies.
- Cook up and maintain content creation from completed projects, company events, client installations, and industry activities.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, sales support materials, and promotional content.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all company communications.
Relationship Building & Business Development
- Support leadership with business development initiatives and partner outreach efforts.
- Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, property managers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Research target markets, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Aid in lead generation campaigns and follow-up activities through CRM and marketing platforms.
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate company networking events, client appreciation events, showroom events, trade shows, educational events, and partner marketing activities.
- Represent ForTech at industry functions, networking groups, community events, and business organizations.
- Manage event logistics, promotions, invitations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
AI, Technology & Innovation
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, lead generation, and workflow efficiency.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies, automation tools, and AI platforms that support company growth.
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing and business development processes through automation and technology.
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation activities, and event participation.
- Monitor key marketing metrics and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and growth recommendations for leadership.
