Growth Marketing Specialist

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our growth engine, someone who lives at the intersection of performance and creative storytelling. You will own our social channels into a powerful source of growth while managing our paid campaigns across LinkedIn, X and Meta. We need a high energy builder who is passionate about building an audience through authentic materials.

What You'll Do

• Take full responsibility for the strategy and execution of our campaigns across LinkedIn, X and Meta, ensuring we are reaching the right audience effectively.
• Lead our social presence by defining our brand voice and producing high-converting content that turns followers into fans and leads.
• Constantly test new ideas, angles, and formats to see what works best, and use those insights to scale our growth quickly.
• Work directly with the founders to refine our messaging and ensure our marketing narrative is sharp, consistent, and directly impacts our growth trajectory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading growth initiatives and scaling campaigns on LinkedIn, X and Meta.
• Exceptional copywriting and content skills, with a track record of creating engaging, scroll-stopping posts and ads.
• A natural ability to understand what’s working, analyze results, and make quick, smart decisions based on performance.
• You are highly autonomous, love moving fast in a startup environment, and have the drive to take a project from concept to results.
