Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Doctours as our Growth Marketing Specialist to build and own our creator-led acquisition engine from the ground up. Working from our New York office, you will hunt for influencers, manage outreach, and scale a UGC program.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-potential creators and influencers on TikTok and other platforms who align with the medical tourism category.
• Execute high-volume cold outreach via DMs and email to pitch, negotiate, and close affiliate and UGC program partnerships.
• Manage the entire partnership pipeline from initial contact to content activation, ensuring a steady stream of creator-led customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling B2C creator or influencer programs, specifically sourcing talent and running outreach at volume.
• Deep fluency in TikTok’s algorithm and content trends, with the ability to identify creators who drive engagement and conversions.
• A self-starter mentality comfortable in an early-stage startup environment where you thrive on the hunt and independent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, particularly in influencer marketing and content creation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
