About the role
The Growth Marketing Specialist will support and optimize paid media, account-based marketing, and SEO programs. Working with performance, brand, content, and Inside Sales teams, this person will build targeted audiences and help generate measurable enterprise pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Execute paid media campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads based on strategies developed with performance and brand teams.
- Build audience segments and refine campaign targeting.
- Track campaign performance and report findings to the broader team.
- Create account lists and top-of-funnel audiences for Inside Sales.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager on account-based campaigns for specific verticals.
- Run LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns with support from the marketing team.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using Ahrefs and ZoomInfo intent data.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of paid media and ABM programs.
- At least two years of SEO experience covering keyword scopes, metadata, schema microdata, content briefs, data analysis, competitive SERP analysis, and performance analytics.
- Comfortable using automation, AI agents, smart bidding, and AI-powered tools to improve performance and reporting.
- Experience building and analyzing data from Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Search Control, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with an ABM platform such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, or AdRoll is strongly preferred.
- HubSpot experience and familiarity with multi-touch attribution, UTM frameworks, and CRM-synced audience building.
- Understanding of long B2B sales cycles, complex buying committees, enterprise deal structures, and cross-functional sales alignment.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year.
