Growth Marketing Manager: Self-Serve

Key Responsibilities

  • Run rapid growth experiments: Identify opportunities, launch experiments quickly, measure outcomes and double down on what works.
  • Improve the self-serve funnel: Optimize sign-up, onboarding, activation, upgrade flows and product messaging to help more users reach value and convert.
  • Drive self-serve growth: Drive the metrics that matter: new accounts, activation, paid conversion, expansion and self-serve revenue.
  • Build AI-native growth systems: Use AI to automate workflows, generate creative, analyze performance and accelerate experimentation across the entire growth function.

Requirements

  • Experience in product-led growth, growth marketing, product management or biz ops at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • A track record of owning business outcomes such as activation, paid conversion, self-serve revenue, retention or expansion.
  • Strong understanding of growth loops, experimentation, onboarding, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on builder mentality: you can take an experiment from idea → build/spec → launch → analyze → iterate, and ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Customer-first, product-minded approach with strong UX and messaging taste—able to design and optimize critical touchpoints like sign-up and onboarding flows.
  • Excitement about using AI as a force multiplier in your day-to-day work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with growth hacking and user acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and platforms.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
