Responsibilities
- Build, execute and optimize marketing test plans across acquisition landing pages.
- Continuously test and iterate on page copy, imagery, CTAs, layout, and audience-specific messaging.
- Support go-to-market execution for new benefits, including developing marketing briefs, testing benefit messaging, and tracking performance impact.
- Partner closely with Product & UX design teams to redesign existing pages and develop new templates, modules and experiences.
- Work with Analytics teams to monitor daily performance and leverage dashboards, models, and AI-enhanced tools to identify patterns, forecast behavior and translate insights into future experiments.
- Write clear, strategic creative briefs and collaborate with internal creative partners to produce high-performing acquisition assets.
- Own executional workflows, including creative asset handoffs, QA, error tracking and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Highly resourceful and self-directed, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize information from multiple sources, and independently move projects forward with minimal guidance.
- Deeply analytical and insight-driven, with experience using data, experimentation, and AI-enhanced tools to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and translating insights to build meaningful customer experiences, including creating impactful marketing copy & imagery to drive performance.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across teams, including creative, operations, product, & analytics teams.
- Demonstrate high technical literacy with Microsoft Office programs and have the willingness to easily onboard & utilize new technological platforms/tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, recommendations and results to peers & senior leaders.
- Experience in a start-up and/or subscription business is a plus.

This role bridges strategic testing ownership with hands-on execution across owned and paid media channels-including web experiences, CRM, SEM, and Paid Social. Partnering cross-functionally to refine audience targeting and optimize landing page design, the ideal candidate will leverage both deep acquisition expertise and AI-enhanced tools to accelerate research, synthesize performance insights, and maximize conversion impact.

Schedule
A hybrid schedule (alternating weeks 2 days/3 days in office).
