About the role
The company is building an intelligence platform for enterprise operations, helping large companies make better operational decisions through AI. They are currently in the early stages of development, having raised a large Seed round and already running several enterprise pilots. Their goal is to achieve $1MM in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in their first year.
Responsibilities
- Run rapid experiments across different combinations of ICP, messaging, and channel
- End-to-end run some tests yourself
- Leverage outside agency partners to execute tests for others
- Analyze test results across calls, CRM data, and lead lists to identify what's working and not
- Work directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap
Requirements
- MUST have been a growth "hacker" or other similar experiment-focused growth leader, that can devise, run, and measure experiments rapidly
- A product marketing skillset that can identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combos
- Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that sold to mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Highly analytical and data-oriented
- Comfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiency
Qualifications
- Nice-to-haves include former founder experience, handling outreach execution yourself, and working with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise products
Skills
- Ability to devise, run, and measure experiments rapidly
- Product marketing skills to identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combos
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
