Compensation

What You'll Do
- Record 2-3 demo videos in your voice (we'll give you the script) for onboarding and product demos
- Promote, promote, promote - Reddit, Twitter, Discord, Indie Hackers, wherever you're loud and active
- Manage social media engagement and respond to community discussions across all platforms
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and community members
- Occasional outreach to indie hackers and SME businesses in relevant communities
- Use the product to dogfood promotion - practice what we preach by using PostMatch for our own growth
- Create and modify playbooks for growth tactics, engagement strategies, and scaling efforts
- Build processes for managing community engagement and lead nurturing
- Own results - we won't micromanage. We'll support you, but you drive the outcomes. You're a Great Fit
Required Proof Of Skills
- Provide links to multiple viral posts you've created on X (Twitter) or LinkedIn that are tech or business related
- Demonstrate ability to create viral posts on brand new social media accounts (not just established accounts with existing followers)
- Explain your strategy - we want to see viral posts based on skill and repeatable tactics, not random chance or luck
