We work with logistics providers, industrial manufacturers and shipping companies, including publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings documentation
- Identify and test new marketing channels and tactics to drive qualified lead generation
- Develop and optimize conversion funnels from awareness to closed-won deals
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert to pipeline and revenue
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry publications, and emerging platforms
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Operate cutting edge content platforms allowing for rapid creation of landing pages and variations
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creative, email campaigns, and marketing automation sequences
- Collaborate with our content team to create compelling, industry-specific content that resonates with supply chain professionals and decision-makers
- Build and nurture email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention
- Optimize website conversion paths and implement CRO best practices
- Manage LinkedIn presence and thought leadership initiatives
- Optimize marketing tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Requirements
- 1-3 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or supply chain technology
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience with marketing attribution and funnel optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and content marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
- Understanding of API integrations and marketing technology ecosystems
- Optional: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries preferred
- Experience marketing to technical audiences and C-level executives
- Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in enterprise software
- Background in startup or high-growth SaaS companies
- Certification or experience in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing platforms
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Preferred experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing technology markets

Pay
The annual salary range for US-based candidates is $90,000 - $125,000.
