Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our partner base and what drives retention among cohorts.
- Lead and refine partner cohort analysis.
- Work closely with Operations to understand current pain points and implement initiatives to increase engagement and growth.
- Lead partner engagement end to end (lead generation, outreach, and other content).
- Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.
- Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.
- You have Growth / Marketing / Business to Business experience.
- You are good with numbers.
- You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).
- You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).
- You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
