Location: Seattle, WA Position: Account Executive OPEN DATE: OCTOBER 5, 2026 CLOSE DATE: JANUARY 5, 2027 FT/PT: FULL TIME LOCATION: Seattle, WA COMPANY URL: https://www.lotuscorp.com/seattle-careers Responsibilities Will Include Generate revenue for the station and meet monthly goals through effective outside sales techniquesDevelop new business through selling commercial advertising time and other station products by reaching out to local businesses and other advertisersCreate and present advertising strategies and ideas for local businesses incorporating Radio, online and digital mediumsProvide input on sales promotion ideas to sales managementRetain current business and develop new business contactsAttain budgeted revenue goals through effective solicitations, promotions and serviceUnderstand the business objectives and advertising strategies of clients and find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertisingSell Digital and/or radio as a marketing solution(s)Build client Digital and/or radio marketing strategies Qualifications Strong organizational, written, and presentation skillsProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to build and maintain positive customer relationshipsCompetitive, persuasive, energetic and self-motivated traitsAbility to overcome objectionsWorking knowledge of new media, digital interactive initiatives and social media requiredOutside media sales experience preferred, but not requiredThorough understanding of digital marketing principlesSolid comprehension of programmatic display and video advertising platforms including various forms of audience targeting, geo-fencing and OTTWell-versed in SEM (Search Engine Marketing)Demonstrated proficiency in using social platforms to achieve marketing goalsStrong ability to leverage campaign data to renew and grow businessEnjoy a fast-paced environment with a desire to winProfessional appearance a mustDegree in Business or a related field preferredMust have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record Disclaimer Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
