Grower Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our Grower Supervisor team at 80 Acres Farms. This role requires a strong background in production grow experience, particularly in controlled environment agriculture (CEA), and a keen interest in plants, people, and machines.

Responsibilities

• Manages grow systems
• Maintains crop health, quality, and yield
• Directs and supervises day-to-day grow functions
• Actively involved in day-to-day grow tasks including crop handling, IPM, seeding, transplant, fertigation, and sanitation
• Communicates with R&D and SMEs regarding crop status, learning, and observations
• Ensures compliance with PPE and GMPs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of production grow experience in a CEA environment preferred
