About the role
The Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cultivation process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the cultivation facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Train and mentor new employees
- Develop and implement cultivation strategies
- Monitor crop health and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cultivation management
- Knowledge of organic farming practices
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with greenhouse management
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Pay

Schedule
