Group Warranty Manager

Responsibilities

• Audits & Compliance: Drive continuous improvement of audits, grades, and warranty processes. Ensure manufacturer warranty policies and group procedures are followed and updated.
• Monthly Audits: Conduct structured monthly audits, create action plans, and implement changes to address non-conformance.
• Manufacturer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Warranty Administration: Collaborate with Aftersales teams to maximise warranty claims and revenue. Support Warranty Administrators, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and on time.
• Standardisation: Standardize group-wide warranty procedures, including invoicing, tracking, and reporting.
• Training & Induction: Deliver inductions for new Aftersales staff and support ongoing technician development.
• Quality Improvement: Improve the quality of technician write-ups and claims to maximize successful warranty time.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and manufacturer systems to identify gaps. Review non-conformance, implement improvements, and report progress.

Requirements

• Experience in warranty administration, preferably managing multiple locations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A willingness to travel for regular site visits across multiple locations.

Pay

Basic £32,000, OTE £38,000. A company car is also included as part of the benefits package for this role (T&C’s apply).
