About the Role

The Group Party Supervisor oversees the execution and guest experience of birthdays, company events, and any other functions held at the park. This position supervises party hosts and assists the Party Manager with day-of duties needed to execute events. Responsibilities include taking payment, addressing guest issues, and performing other tasks assigned by the party manager or operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan, including supervising party hosts, managing timelines, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Assist host staff with cleaning party areas, delivering food, setting up banquet spaces, and any day-of duties needed for event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the event, with the assistance of the operations team
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during the event, including proper handling of equipment, food safety standards, and emergency procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong people skills with the ability to resolve guest issues during events
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude toward guests and their experience
  • Valid driver’s license required

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, talk, read, write, climb, balance, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for long periods of time
  • May be required to lift or move objects up to 20 pounds
