Group Facilitator-CSAC

About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to recovery and support. We are seeking a Group Facilitator-CSAC to lead therapeutic groups and provide individual counseling services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions
• Provide individual counseling services to clients
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent certification
• Experience working with individuals in substance abuse recovery settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
