Substance Abuse Group Facilitator -CSAC

About the role

This role involves facilitating substance abuse group sessions at a CSAC facility. The primary goal is to support clients in their recovery process through structured group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for individuals recovering from substance abuse
• Develop and implement therapeutic plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment or counseling
• Licensed professional in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
