Group Facilitator- CADAC

About the role

Join a dynamic team committed to providing exceptional services. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Group Facilitator-CADAC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement group treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide individual therapy sessions as needed
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
• California State License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Clinical Social Worker (CSW)
• Experience in community mental health settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend availability
