Accountabilities
- Design and manage complex programs aligned with strategic business objectives, translating high-level goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead client-facing engagements by managing expectations, communicating technical solutions effectively, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Establish operating models, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making and portfolio visibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, delivery, and technical specialists to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee program delivery from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers through structured tracking, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain program documentation including RAID logs, project plans, action trackers, and post-project reviews to improve future delivery.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to increase productivity, enhance quality, and optimize program management processes.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and contributing to long-term transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or execution leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives, technology programs, or professional services engagements, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with experience in platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, governance models, Agile/Scrum practices, and software development processes.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, create structure from uncertainty, and connect technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and building alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executives, technical teams, and business leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including identifying root causes, managing dependencies, and making strategic recommendations.
- Experience with CRM, SaaS platforms, business transformation programs, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
