Group Coordinator Lead - Fort Worth, TX

The role

The role involves supporting and leading a group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting. This includes providing daily direction and guidance, training new associates, and ensuring proper stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Create a training program for the facility, administer forklift training/safety training, and have an understanding of all processes to train and coach new hires.
• Host new hire orientations or welcome new hires to the facility.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Afford assistance in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.

• 6 Months Warehousing and Inventory Experience (Preferred)
