Groundskeeper, Multifamily

About the role

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the exterior image of multifamily apartment communities, ensuring they are clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
• Maintaining flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
• Snow removal
• Pool cleaning or routine pool maintenance
• Providing world-class customer service to residents
• Assisting with other maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends (on call)
• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Professional appearance and adherence to safety procedures

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and understand speech
• On-time performance and adherence to company policies
• Ability to read and understand written information

Skills

• Proficiency in landscaping and maintenance
• Customer service skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
