Groundskeeper - Multi-Family

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds of the property, ensuring they are attractive, safe, and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and flower beds
• Water plants and trees as needed
• Trim hedges and bushes
• Remove debris and weeds
• Ensure safety of the grounds
• Follow all safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good physical fitness

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
• Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Strong attention to detail
