About the role
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds of the property, ensuring they are attractive, safe, and in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and flower beds
- Water plants and trees as needed
- Trim hedges and bushes
- Remove debris and weeds
- Ensure safety of the grounds
- Follow all safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical fitness
Qualifications
- Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
- Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
- Strong attention to detail
