Groundskeeper, Multifamily (Affordable)

About the role

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the exterior image and landscape of the apartment communities managed by Peachtree Creek on Ponce. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the upkeep of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways.
• Maintain property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.
• Perform snow removal and routine pool cleaning or maintenance.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends (on call).
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Effective listening and teamwork skills.
• On-time performance and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, frequently, or constantly.

Pay
