Groundskeeper - Facilities & Maintenance

Essential Job Functions

• Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture.
• General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms.
• Cleanup of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks, and roadways.
• Operate and maintain fuel powered equipment, including company’s utility vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
