Facilities Groundskeeper

About the role

This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of MT. Graham Regional Medical Center Inc. in Safford, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and watering.
• Ensure all outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
• Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and perform urgent repairs as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or similar field.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
• Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors.
• Basic computer skills for managing work schedules and records.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is part-time, approximately 25 hours per week.
