Groundskeeper

About the role

Envolve Community Management is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join the team at Indian Springs Apartments in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Assisting with make readies.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
