Groundskeeper
About the role
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community by inspecting and caring for common areas, amenities, grounds, model apartments, vacant units, and public spaces. This individual will assist with maintenance projects, signage installation/removal, resident communications, inventory management, and maintaining organized work areas.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine landscaping, pool maintenance (outsourced but as needed), exterior upkeep, cleaning, snow removal (where applicable), and market-ready apartment preparation
- Aids in the operation and maintenance of grounds equipment
- Assists with maintenance projects
- Signage installation/removal
- Resident communications
- Inventory management
- Maintain organized work areas
- Identifies and reports maintenance or landscaping concerns
- Collaborates with community staff to uphold property standards
Requirements
- 1-2 years of groundskeeping experience is required
