This safety‑sensitive position is responsible for the upkeep of the exterior grounds of the property, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and achieving excellent resident satisfaction. The role accompanies pre‑designated office hours at each community location to support effective community operations.

Responsibilities

• Property Appearance/Upkeep: keep the property neat, clean, and well‑maintained; perform daily exterior inspections to assure cleanliness and high curb appeal.
• Pool Maintenance: complete daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
• Customer Service: ensure resident property meets/exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction; be available for on‑call emergencies (e.g., snow removal) per Community Manager’s request.
• Light Maintenance: assist maintenance personnel with light maintenance tasks at the request of the Community Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience/Ability: able to follow direction, flexible with work assignments; customer service experience a plus; pool certification if appropriate.
• Physical & Cognitive: frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting; ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 lbs; occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing.
• If driving is required: valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable transportation, insurability at standard rates, and proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
• To be hired, candidates must successfully complete a background investigation, drug screen, and physical demand analysis (when applicable).
