Green Energy Representative

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in navigating financing options, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
• Participate in community outreach events to promote solar energy solutions and strengthen our presence in the local area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, building trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, with a focus on building positive relationships and trust.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Familiarity with renewable energy solutions, particularly solar energy, is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Comfortable participating in community outreach and promotional events.
