Energy Field Representative
About the role
The Home Assessor will conduct in-home base-level inspections for residential clients, providing positive customer interaction to support energy-saving programs. They should have basic residential home construction knowledge and strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Install energy savings measures such as light bulbs, shower heads, power strips, night lights, faucet aerators, and more.
- Discuss technical aspects of energy consumption systems (HVAC, lighting, air sealing).
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Maintain organization of company vehicles, inventory, and paperwork.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Must be able to install energy efficiency products.
- Field-based work in all weather conditions.
- Examine attics, basements, crawlspaces, interior and exterior structures.
- Company vehicle & equipment provided.

Pay
Target Compensation: $25.00/hr.
Schedule
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company.

Compensation Range
Currency Type: Hourly
