About the role
Rydell is hiring a full-time production-focused Graphic Designer to develop high-quality, visually compelling designs across a range of digital and print platforms. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints (websites, signage, packaging, ads, etc.)
- Create and refresh vehicle and inventory graphics for ads, web, and social
- Provide basic multimedia support (video editing in Adobe Premiere, photography)
- Prepare files correctly for both web and print, including batch exporting
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met
- Design and implement brochure-style landing pages using AI-assisted development tools. Advanced programming experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable using AI coding tools to make basic front-end updates and page layouts

- Comfort with keyboard shortcuts and efficient workflows
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Firefly and Adobe's in-app generative tools

- Able to use AI to move faster in production: extending backgrounds, cleaning up and retouching images, generating variations, and building quick mockups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Clean file hygiene: organized layers, tidy handoff files, and adherence to folder structures
