Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including brochures, ads, signage, presentations, and online content.
• Translate ideas into on-brand visuals that reflect the Drees standard of quality and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors (photographers, printers, developers) to deliver polished final products.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Support project workflows, approvals, and production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience designing for digital channels (web, social, email); video skills are a plus.
• A collaborative mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
