About the role
Award-winning food products and a culture of support are the cornerstones of PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker. We're seeking a Graphic Designer who can bring both craft and creativity to every project, from product labels to digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design retail and foodservice packaging from concept to production-ready files
- Own die lines, print specs, regulatory accuracy, and digital mockups for innovation pitches and internal approvals
- Build catalogs, sell sheets, trade show graphics, signage, and sales decks
- Create assets for our websites, email campaigns, Amazon listings, A+ content, and digital ads
- Design homepage banners and enhanced brand storefronts
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns with scroll-stopping digital creative
- Design visuals for internal communications
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience spanning print, packaging, and digital
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
- Hands-on experience with packaging production — die lines, print specs, and regulatory content
- A strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for e-commerce and digital platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball on quality or deadlines
- A portfolio that shows range — packaging to digital, polished to playful
- Willingness to relocate to our new facility in West Bend, WI in late 2027
Qualifications
- Willingness to work 5 days a week onsite at our facility in Richfield, WI
Skills
