Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create creative assets for digital, print, apparel, social media, web, email marketing, events, and product campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand-consistent visuals across all marketing channels.
• Create graphics for product launches, promotions, advertisements, and apparel.
• Collaborate with marketing, video, photography, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Design apparel graphics and merchandise concepts that align with current trends and the 1st Phorm brand aesthetic.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files for print, apparel decoration, and digital use.
• Affiliate in creative direction and brainstorming for campaigns, events, and branded content.
• Ensure all artwork meets quality standards, technical specifications, and deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends, typography, branding, social media content, and industry best practices.
• Organize and maintain project files, creative assets, and revision history.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and time management.
• Accept and implement creative feedback quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media content creation and marketing design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
