Campaign Design
- Concept, develop, and execute visuals for digital campaigns, including promotional launches, holiday events, and seasonal initiatives.
Asset Optimization
- Develop and optimize graphics and images for online platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compatibility with web and mobile interfaces.
Figma Execution
- Lead design work in Figma—building layouts, organizing files, creating components, and collaborating in real-time with team members.
Digital Production
- Prepare and deliver mockups and final design assets for various outputs, including e-commerce pages, retention email templates, paid product pages, and web banners.
Organizational Efficiency
- Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control practices for easy access and retrieval.
Creative Concepting
- Bring fresh ideas to brainstorms and visual strategy sessions. Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align messaging and design.
Design Systems & Brand Standards
- Uphold and evolve our visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency in typography, layout, and color.
Production Support
- Manage multiple deadlines with a calm, can-do approach—balancing speed and detail without compromising quality.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Retention, Ecomm, and Brand teams. Communicate effectively and keep projects moving on tight timelines.
Active Participation
- Engage in team discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute valuable insights and improve design processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on DTC e-commerce and digital marketing. Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
- Figma/FigJam: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and developer handoff.
- Design Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Design Expertise: Strong conceptualization, visual communication, and attention to detail. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition principles.
- Portfolio Quality: A portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles, especially for digital platforms.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving design needs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
