Responsibilities
- Contribute to award winning, innovative brand experiences for clients
- Champion strategically inspired and highly creative work with teams
- Sustainably express ideas across all media types – consumer, retail, live events, digital, social, mobile, and environmental
- Collaborate with the Creative team, while also being able to work on own and manage own time
Requirements
- Show proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma)
- Show an intermediate level understanding of practical application of digital, print, and design theory, with the ability to design 2D graphic concepts for small projects
- Show ability in visual storytelling in all mediums, including PPT and Google Slides, and able to support in presentation design and clean-up
- Have some knowledge of how to package design files for printing and digital and how to save design files for historical reference
- Have an ongoing interest in the latest trends in design, culture and innovation
- Look to be innovative with design and to always raise the bar with process and creativity
- Be detail focused with an ability to leap from project to project
- Have exceptional typography skills, color theory skills, brand design and layout skills
- Be flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have an infectious positive attitude
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience as an entry level designer or equivalent experience
Skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma)
- Intermediate level understanding of practical application of digital, print, and design theory
- Ability to design 2D graphic concepts for small projects
- Ability to tell stories visually in all mediums
- Knowledge of packaging design files for printing and digital
