Responsibilities
- Digital Asset Production: Design high-quality digital assets for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including static and animated social media graphics (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), display ads, email templates, and blog headers.
- Corporate & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to build and polish high-impact presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides), technical whitepapers, e-books, and event signage.
- Web & Prototyping Support: Assist Web and Product teams by designing landing page layouts, standard UI components, and digital banners within collaborative workspace systems.
- Brand Asset Stewardship: Organize, update, and maintain the central digital asset management system, ensuring all external-facing collateral adheres to established corporate brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography rules.
- Iterative Design Collaboration: Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, taking constructive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly execute design revisions and variations.
Qualifications
- Education & Creative Portfolio: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field. A professional online portfolio demonstrating strong foundational layout skills, typography, color theory, and digital asset composition is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional design experience, which can include highly technical internships, agency apprenticeships, or dedicated freelance design portfolios within the tech or B2B sectors.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: High proficiency with industry-standard creative software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Modern Prototyping Tooling: Practical familiarity with Figma or Sketch for digital layout generation, hand-offs, and asset extraction.
- Multimedia & Motion Aptitude: Basic foundational skill or exposure to motion graphics and video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized for social media campaigns.
- Execution & Agile Alignment: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative briefs simultaneously under tight sprint deadlines, paired with a highly receptive attitude toward collaborative design critique.
Pay
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 base structure + Performance Bonus, Equity Shares & Premium Corporate Health Benefits.
