Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Create and produce firm wide marketing materials, including ads, invitations, client alerts, newsletters, announcements, brochures and other collateral, as well as business development materials.
- Design and maintain Web-based collateral, including HTML templates.
- Create electronic communications in Word and translate into HTML-based emails.
- Determine and implement best processes for the design and distribution of communications via Web-based software; test and troubleshoot the design and distribution process for the website and electronic marketing material across various email and Web browser platforms.
- Provide design support for the firm's website and videos for the site, working closely with the Digital Communications Manager.
- Consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors and maintain relationships, including outside design firm(s).
Required Skills
- Technical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, with multi-tasking skills and a strong commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detailed oriented with excellent organizational/communication skills.
Required Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years design experience, or equivalent, preferably within a professional services firm or design firm.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Acrobat), Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
- Web knowledge, including HTML, the ability to troubleshoot, and experience with various email and Web browsers, and CSS.
- Strong working knowledge of PC computer systems.
- Ability to work quickly with a low production error rate.
- Familiarity in dealing with commercial printers and service bureaus, and with preparing documents for print, digital and electronic output.
- Must be able to take direction, design and organize marketing projects on your own, as necessary.
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate last-minute rush deadlines.

- Advanced degree a plus.
