Responsibilities
- Design graphic assets and journey visuals for RCS product demos and sales materials
- Write clear, persuasive copy for sales enablement materials, presentations, and RCS demo narratives
- Create and maintain polished slide decks that communicate product capabilities and value propositions for internal and external leadership presentations, strategic meetings, and key forums
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure creative assets align with messaging strategy and brand standards
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high-visibility deliverables
Requirements
- Experience working on product teams that focus on the development of multiple iterations/variations of campaign materials
- Experience liaising with senior and junior team members, with willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in as needed
- Able to articulate and support creative decisions using design and presentation best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design, sales enablement, marketing, or agency environments
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in creative operations, graphic design, or content role
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills
Skills
- Comfortable working independently to translate sales and marketing strategies into compelling creative assets and visual narratives
- Demonstrated strong communication skills by presenting and articulating creative decisions in the context of sales enablement objectives
- Ownership of the delivery of design assets
- Leading UAT checks and reviewing proofs
- Partnering in creative revisions
- Actively problem-solving
Pay
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $50,188.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
