About the role
The ideal candidate is a versatile Creative Designer who combines graphic design, digital content creation, and marketing execution. This role supports brand development, digital campaigns, social media initiatives, video collaboration, and visual storytelling across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Mass Virtual’s brand identity across all channels and materials
- Create marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, event materials, and promotional assets
- Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Develop and maintain brand standards and visual guidelines
- Support product launches and brand initiatives with compelling visual storytelling
- Develop and execute visual content for social media platforms
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning
- Design assets optimized for audience engagement and conversion across digital channels
- Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data
- Partner with our video production team to ensure motion and video content aligns with brand standards
- Create motion graphics and animated assets for social media and marketing campaigns
- Provide creative direction and brand input on video projects as needed
- Support UI/UX design components and digital product touchpoints
- Design and deliver assets for web, landing pages, digital interfaces
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to user experience thinking
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, image generation, and production workflows
- Maintain quality control and brand consistency across AI-assisted deliverables
- Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to every project including ones no one asked for
- Present concepts confidently and explain design decisions clearly
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Take feedback constructively while knowing when to stand behind a great idea
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, creative-problem solving, and a strong brand sensibility
- 3+ years of professional design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar)
- Experience producing content for: Social media, Email marketing, Websites, Digital advertising, Tradeshows
Preferred Qualifications
- Photography and videography experience
- UX/UI design knowledge
- WordPress or CMS experience
- Marketing automation platform experience
